Refund Policy
Practical Revenue Ltd

1. Digital Products
All Products sold by Practical Revenue Ltd are digital business resources delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary materials:
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
We will:
- Resend links and correct permissions if you can’t access the materials
- Refund duplicate charges
- Refund your purchase if we can’t send access details within 5 business days after payment
2. Immediate Access and Waiver of Cancellation Rights
Our Products are delivered electronically. After purchase, we send access details by email or link.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, by purchasing our digital Products you ask us to supply digital content during any cancellation period.
Once we send the access details, you consent to delivery and understand that this may remove any statutory right to cancel.
3. Blueprint Asset Review Services
Blueprint Asset Review services are non-refundable once purchased.
You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to submit your asset for review. If you don’t submit within 60 days, the review expires, and no refund will be issued.
Each Blueprint Asset Review includes one asset and one round of feedback.
You choose either (a) annotated notes on your draft or (b) one 60-minute review call related to the blueprint purchased.
Review services don’t include rewrites.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so.
